The company has expanded rapidly since its inception and our range of manufacturing services has increased in line with this growth. Wooltex UK carries out its own warping, weaving, mending and final inspection. During 2016 we have expanded our Production facilities to include state of the art finishing machinery and yarn dyeing capacity.
Our strong technical team and continuous investment in the latest machine technology enables us to design and produce innovative products quickly and efficiently. We continually research and develop new product and production methods to meet the needs of our customers.
It is our policy to use approved local suppliers whenever possible in the manufacture of our products and we insist components sourced from external suppliers are produced to the same high standards we set for ourselves.
Our local approach ensures fast, high quality production and minimises costs, as well as reducing the impact of our carbon footprint. Complete final inspection and colour approval is carried out in house to assure customer satisfaction and make certain the highest standards are maintained.
Wooltex UK is committed to reducing the impact that any of our operations may have on both the local and global environment. Wooltex UK complies with all relevant environmental legislation and we take our environmental responsibility very seriously and are always looking for ways to further reduce waste and minimise emissions generated by our business.
We actively promote recycling and have created a product range designed to have minimal environmental impact in both production and distribution. All Wooltex
UK staff are keenly aware of our duty to reduce the environmental impact on our planet and we enlist their support in improving the company’s performance as well as encouraging the adoption of similar principles by our suppliers.
